Class ImfWeoSdmxOnlyError

Thrown by ImfClient.getWeoIndicator when the requested code lives in IMF_WEO_SDMX_ONLY (i.e. the Datamapper transport returned zero points). Carries the SDMX path the caller should use instead so agents can recover programmatically.
